It was great seeing all of the EQ fans in Vegas having a great time at Fan Faire. How about that surprise announcement of the free digital copies of our games!!! Pretty cool huh? I had a chance to sit in on a couple of panels but I spent most of my time talking to players in the halls and various other locations.

I had a great opportunity to speak with some of our international players and they had some great ideas about LoN and EQ and dealing with extra loot cards that I am going to look into.

I hope that you all had a great time at Fan Faire and I can tell you that seeing a gnoll train yelling through the halls of a vegas hotel was something I wasn’t ready for!

P.S. A few fans thought it would be a great idea to have the SOE podcasts broadcast via vivox. What do you guys think? We are planning on moving Vivox to the other Live servers later this month as an FYI. I kind of like having a dedicated channel for things like the podcast that would let players listen in whenever they want.
