The team is hard at work on a variety of 10th anniversary content that will roll out in March. I just met with our community reps and we are getting everyone up to speed with our plans. I can tell you this… there will be awards only available on the day of the anniversary so make sure you make plans to log in that day and enjoy the fun!

What is the precise *day* of the anniversary? While I’ve been EQ’ing since 1999, I did not start on Day One.

Wow 10 years crazy grats to you all.
personally I’m having a connumdrum. I was very much considering returning to EQ. untill I found out how much this return was going to cost me. first off catching up on expansions SoD will be $40, minium, My main charater was on pvp server, which is why I left in the first place, so if he’s still around, minium $50, add on the the first monthly charge $15. So to return, I’d be looking at $105 the first month. Sounds to me like the old days will have to stay the old days.

Okay… when *is* the day of the official 10th anniversary?
I started in May of ‘99 which was after retail launch by a couple of months.

Right around the corner, and still no poll on the new server.

Lets hope that some classic content or maybe a whole server (fingers crossed!) will be in your agenda.

If I am remembering right, March 16, 1999 was the launch date for Everquest.

To Kirshan, just pay the $40 up front, the first month is included and start from scratch. It takes sooo little time to get levels now.
